Análise bibliométrica do uso da imunoinformática na produção de protótipos de vacina contra o SARS-CoV-2. 2022. 33 f. Monografia (Graduação em Biomedicina) – Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/50308The global stoppage due to Covid-19 demanded a great effort to produce an effective vaccine, however, conventional vaccinology means are slow and costly. On the other hand, immunoinformatics has the potential to help shorten time and reduce costs. This study proposed a bibliometric analysis of the use of immunoinformatics techniques in the development of vaccine prototypes against SARS-CoV-2, using the VOSviewer software using data extracted from the Web of Science. Among the mapped bibliometric materials, the following stand out: [i] global quantitative of scientific articles, identifying the most productive countries; [ii] more productive organizations/institutions; [iii] most influential authors and documents; [iv] author co-citation network; [v] co-authorship network between countries; [vi] keyword network. 138 documents were part of the survey, where India was the most productive country, with emphasis on its Adamas and Fakir Mohan universities. Bhattacharya had the most cited article, being referenced 226 times, while Doytchinova was the author who most served as a source, being mentioned in 96 opportunities of the 138 items under analysis. Although 45 nations were reported, 85% of the retrieved material was conferred to only 6 countries, showing a trend of partnership between authors from different territories, of which Pakistan was the most collaborative, sharing 15 records in co-authorship of the 20 that were published. The most used keywords, present in at least 50% of the documents, were: SARS-CoV-2, immunoinformatics and prediction. The results provided key research trends, as well as revealing the quantification and global distribution of immunoinformatics studies in the development of possible vaccines against SARS-CoV-2.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/ImunoinformáticaBibliometriaVOSviewerVacinaCovid-19AnáliseImmunoinformaticsBibliometricsVOSviewerVaccineCovid-19AnalysisAnálise bibliométrica do uso da imunoinformática na produção de protótipos de vacina contra o SARS-CoV-2Bibliometric analysis of the use of immunoinformatics in the production of vaccine prototypes against SARS-CoV-2bachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS
