Initiatives to foster discussion of the theme are thickened by publications in events ( seminars , conferences , national meeting of CFESS / CRESS set , etc. ) , as well as the review 's own code of ethics and the process of construction of perennial Ethical Political Project - PEP , the said category . Our research aimed to identify and analyze key trends ethical- theoretical-political in on the discussion of ethics in the intellectual production of the Brazilian Social Service for the period 2010 to 2012 This paper sets , and characterize and analyze the profile of the work ( thematic , polemics , design ethics , contradictions and limits ) ; identify and analyze the social direction and its relation to the theoretical and ethical- political foundations of ethical-political project of Social Work ; also aiming to identify and analyze how they are incorporated in the discussion of ethics , the ontological foundations . With this dimension , we perform a qualitative approach to document analysis in which we choose as the locus search the annals of the latest editions of the CBAS and ENPESS 2010 and 2012 , respectively . The analyzes are revealing the seizure process , within the category of intellectual production , from conception of ethics advocated in social work over the past three decades and that is guided by the ontology of the social Marx and Lukács .
