Among the reasons why inventory analysis is important in a company, customer service, product availability, resource optimization, operational efficiency, cost reduction, among others, stand out. This monograph aims to investigate and analyze the cleaning materials distributor's current inventory control system and develop an intervention proposal based on the results of the analysis, suggesting specific improvements to the inventory control system. To this end, a field survey was carried out at the aforementioned distributor to collect data through a questionnaire applied to the manager and the data was tabulated and then intervention to controlstock was proposed.
