The work has as objective to identify didactic-pedagogical activities that provide read interface with the natural sciences. To this end, we conduct a research on the qualitative perspective, using as instruments for reading documents data and observation in the classroom. The data analysed show that reading situations allowed the expansion of scientific concepts related to themes worked in natural sciences. We emphasize that search situations that involve reading as part of science class, also, promotes the systematization and understanding of scientific 5 knowledge.
