A Atenção Básica como cenário de implementação da educação interprofissional em saúde: na perspectiva dos residentes. 2018. 64f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Ensino na Saúde) - Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2018.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/jspui/handle/123456789/25387The reality of life and health of people increasingly demands a new logic of training of health professionals, with professionals more able to work in teams to cope with the complexity and dynamicity of needs of people's health. In this context, Interprofessional Education (IPE) is presented as a strategic approach to increase the interaction among Residents of different backgrounds in the practice scenarios, allowing learning among specific areas of training, improving the quality of patient care. The objective of the research is to discuss the potentials and limitations of Family Health Strategy (FHS) as a space for the implementation of IPE based on the perceptions of students of the MRBA and RFMC of the MSMS Conduct IPE training for Residents of MRBA and RFMC; Insert Residents of the MRBA and RFMC Programs in the reality of the production of the health services of the FHS; To know the perceptions of the MRBA and RFMC Programs about the experience of IPE in the FHS. Research of qualitative approach and adopted as design the action research, in that it established a broad interaction between researcher and the phenomenon to be investigated. The present study was carried out in the municipality of Caicó / RN, more specifically in the training scenario and in the work dynamics of the FHS, having as subjects of research Residents of the Program of MRBA and RFMC of MSMS of UFRN, which proposes the implementation of IPE and aims, above all, to multiprofessional care through the dynamics of teamwork, configuring health work as well as space of a training model more coherent with the health needs of the population. The research had three stages: a workshop where IPE principles were discussed; implementation of interprofessional practices in the reality of the production of basic health services and Focus Groups (FG) to explore the experience of the experience of collaborative work. In these phases were adopted as instruments of data collection: narratives, field diaries and a guideline for the FG. It was adopted the technique of analysis of thematic content that presupposes the stages of pre-analysis; exploitation of the material and coding; treatment of the results obtained, inference and interpretation. The first stage was the workshop, in the activity of active methodology, we had our first categorization: Mutual Learning. Regarding the narratives, the data treatment allowed us to construct the following categorizations: Shared Learning, Interprofessional Communication, Efficiency in Problem Solving, Integral Health Care, Valorization of User Participation, and Skills Exchange among Professionals. Subcategories were found as: Flexibility of Professionals, Fragility of Management Support regarding infrastructure and lack of inputs, Reduced Time for interprofessional practices. The second step was the action of the activities in the ESF, there was no data collection. The third stage was accomplished two GF, where it was possible to construct categorizations through the selected excerpts in the Residents' speeches: Shared Learning, Knowledge of Other Professions, Skill Improvement, Mutual Respect, Integral User Care. Subcategories were reported as: Maturity, Reduced Time for Actions. Before the study it was possible to perceive the Residents' performance, making a pillar of health work in the FHT, bringing a complete and resolutive service to the user.
