This court is a public institution whose main activity is the exercise of external control, under the terms set forth in the Federal and State Constitutions. To do this, this court needs adequate tools to assist it in the context of its legal obligations, and of course, several of these tools are computer systems of the most varied types. Among them, we can mention: information collection systems, data reception and processing systems, business intelligence and, more commonly, information systems. Considering the above, this work proposes a reference software architecture for web-based information systems for adoption and use in this court. At the end of the construction process, based on an evaluation of the architectural software proposal presented, a considerable level of satisfaction of the direct stakeholders of the TCE/RN was observed.
