Concerns about the planet emerged in the 1970s at the Stockholm conference with a focus on climate crises, with other conferences emerging. With a focus on seeking methods that are as natural as possible, the term organic stands out. In several current themes and in the activity of estuarine aquaculture it would not be different. The study of microalgae for feeding oysters contributes to the Aquavitae project and the company Primar Orgânica. The focus is to study four species of microalgae in order to analyze their biochemical composition through collection and analysis with preparation for biomass production and Determination of Protein, Carbohydrates and Total Lipids in Microalgae, identifying which species will be applied in oyster feeding to obtain quality and productivity. After analyzing the biochemical compositions of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, the selected species were Chaetoceros calcitrans and Pavlova lutheri because they have a higher protein content.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Ambiente aquáticoAquatic environmentAquiculturaAquacultureBioquímicaBiochemistryMicroalgasMicroalgaeOstrasOysters.Caracterização de microalgas cultivadas em escala massivaCharacterisation of microalgae cultivated on a massive scalebachelorThesis
