In Rio Grande do Norte, important productive activities are part of the local scene and affect the environment as shrimp farming and the dumping of industrial and domestic effluents around the Rio Potengi in Natal / RN. Ecotoxicological assays using Mysidopsis sp. they are an important alternative in the evaluation of toxic status of water. This research aimed to evaluate the toxicity of three sampling stations in the estuarine complex Potengi/Jundiai/RN (P1, P2 and P3) through ecotoxicological tests with Mysidopsis juniae. They were made four surface water sampling campaigns 2014-2015 in every season. Samples showed variations in their toxicity, P1 station - located near the Iate Clube de Natal showed no toxicity in the campaigns, P2 showed toxicity in campaigns I and II P3 station, - next the immunizing Riograndense - showed toxicity in campaigns III and IV.
