The research was based on the analysis of the market, the client and its target audience, in addition to the application of practical techniques, such as storytelling and content planning appropriate to the dynamics of the social network. The study seeks to enable the production of organic and humanized content capable of generating genuine connections with followers, using authentic narratives aligned with the audience's expectations.
