Among these challenges, the full service of different medical specialties in various parts of the national territory stands out, which are not offered in all municipalities, especially those that require greater complexity. Therefore, an alternative that appears to alleviate this situation refers to private medical clinics, especially in municipalities that have a consumer market for this purpose. Thus, this research sought to understand the spatial scope of private clinics in the municipality of Parelhas, highlighting two clinics: the Econ Nordeste group and the Maria Teonas clinic, both located in the center of Parelhas.
