With this, the need arises to adapt its analysis of these acts with the normative regimes, for granting benefits, to its jurisdicts in a timely manner. The main objective of this work is to develop a software mechanism for the creation, configuration and application of rules for granting benefits, through the implementation of a validation engine, in order to enable the legal management of each RPPS Management Unit by the manager responsible for his appraisal. To develop the solution, the .Net Core platform was used to search and apply the registered validation rules to the acts of granting the benefit.
