The research used a qualitative approach, using analysis of interviews with students with disabilities to understand their perceptions and challenges. The results showed that physical practices significantly contribute to physical, emotional, and social well-being. The study highlights the need for institutional policies that prioritize accessibility, inclusive pedagogical practices, and adequate support, reaffirming the role of physical activities in promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
