It is based on observation of this growing type of buildings that did the idea of adding energy efficiency guidelines for these buildings, since much of it was not designed or does not allow the user to use the natural resources of ventilation and lighting, getting big the risk in electric power generators of the country systems. Study the compatibility of possibilities of design evolution with the possibilities of using the potential of natural comfort is the primary means to build a project with characteristics of emphasis on energy efficiency. Thus, the general objective is the development of a business building with an emphasis on energy efficiency. To achieve this goal, it took bibliographies research on entrepreneurial buildings as well as site visits. Yet the study of basic guidelines for environmental comfort was accurate in boclimática zone 08, and finally, based on the international seal for ensuring sustainability in buildings using energy efficiency as one of the evaluation criteria, the LEED, were applied the systematization of staff of projetual design process related to the stamp, designed by Cyanra Fernandes de Sá, paras as guiding the design decisions. Achieving these goals was through the lifting of the corresponding bibliography for each topic as well as the systematization of relevant data to architectural design. There was the need for site visits in entrepreneurial buildings, guided by observation of script in order to capture the essential idea of working for a project of this size. Further simulations were needed to prove the appropriateness of design solutions to the potential use of natural ventilation and sunlight in order to meet some of the energy efficiency criteria. The results of research and analysis was a detailed business including the level of architectural draft, which sought to add energy efficiency, functionality and flexibility to the proposed architectural design. Finally, the results were considered satisfactory for the level of detail and time required for completion of the final graduation work. The proposal was consistent with the initial objectives presented and the results showed that it is possible to aggregate the business simple parameters typology for energy saving, functionality, use of natural potential of the city and the energy efficiency of the built environment.
