The application consists of a virtual interface in chat format, located in an online scheduling portal, where patients can interact textually with the chatbot. Several interactions can be made, such as: Scheduling consultations at a certain time, canceling consultations and listing the history of appointments. The aim is to increase the practicality and speed in scheduling appointments without the need for dedicated human service.
