It aims to analyze the relationships and working conditions of health professionals working in the context of a pandemic. Therefore, from the methodological point of view, we conducted a quantitative-qualitative research, using the literary review of categories and theoretical contributions, as well as the data collection that took place through documental analysis and the application of an electronic questionnaire, and the data are treated through a content analysis. The research was also based on the dialectical historical materialist method. With this, the inferences, interpretations and analyses of the data obtained were performed from a historical and totality perspective. The data produced allowed us to identify the profile of the workers, demonstrating, among other aspects, that the largest number of professionals in the hospital is female, self-declared white and young, aged between 20 and 30 years. In addition, it was possible to observe that the precariousness of the work assumes eminence in the set of repercussions caused by the pandemic, articulating and accentuating itself in all its dimensions.
