However, customization also faces major challenges. Due to its complexity, it involves a large amount of information and specific details because it has a non-standardized process, generating a need for construction companies to obtain high-quality management in order to overcome these points. With a greater focus on the functioning of internal processes in a company in practice in relation to this service, a complete analysis was carried out and the entire process of the customization sector of a specific construction company located in Natal-RN was reported in detail. We were able to conclude that the company has very articulate and complete stages, always keeping the client with as much information as possible, measures which are extremely necessary given the very context of personalization itself.
