Faced with the Covid-19 pandemic, companies in this segment needed to reinvent themselves quickly, given the restrictions that changed consumer behavior, consumption occasions and the dynamics of the on-trade and off-trade channels. In view of the above, the general objective of this study was, through an analysis of the economic-financial situation of Ambev SA, to verify the impact on the financial results generated by the product mix and technological innovation strategies to increase the market share in the period of Covid-19 pandemic, between 2019 and 2021.
