An intervention was carried out by means of conversation wheels in which the multidisciplinary team was trained to use this equipment, as well as to evaluate its safe and adequate use by professionals with parturients. After the training, the use of the "horse" was evaluated from the registry in an institutional form called “History/ Evolution of Nursing”. The results showed that there was an increase of 18% to 34% in the use of the equipment among Maternity parturients.
