The general objective of this work is to prepare the necessary documentation to create a web attendance control system for the Science and Technology course at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, aiming to authorize, monitor and record the entry and exit of individuals in the environment. classroom. The work proposes detailed documentation for the development and implementation of a presence control model in a web environment in academia, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding for its implementation and use in the educational institution. In this context, managing attendance in large classes, such as those found in Science and Technology courses, presents significant challenges - manually making calls in rooms with a large number of students can be time-consuming, susceptible to errors and inefficient, resulting in gaps in documentation and making it difficult to track academic progress. In this context, the implementation of a specialized web system for recording attendance is crucial, automating and simplifying the process, overcoming practical challenges and contributing to improving accuracy and transparency in attendance control in Science and Technology courses.
