The model, based on the principles of collaboration, exchange, and access, rather than ownership, has gained strength with the enabling technologies of the Digital Transformation era. However, its business model is far from consensual. Among them, the model that explores shared transportation services faces challenges in balancing rights. Considering such challenges, is it possible to develop a business model whose value proposition delivers autonomy for shared transportation drivers? To answer this question, this scientific-entrepreneurial research aimed to develop a business model, centered on the autonomy of drivers, that could contribute to a more sustainable, efficient, and fair economy. For the delivery of this value proposition, the technological development of an information system for service management was carried out. The research is also characterized as exploratory in the field of law and crowdfunding - with experimental procedures for the development of the tool called TT passengers. For this purpose, the open source technologies HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL and the ERP Odoo Community were used. Additionally, research instruments for market and user validation were developed and applied. As a result, the functionalities of two applications are presented: one for drivers and another for passengers, as well as the administrative peripheral system and customer support websites. The business model aims to capture value in the sale of travel packages at fixed prices for drivers, promoting the active participation and belonging of all involved to the generated ecosystem.pt-BRAcesso AbertoEconomia compartilhadaAutonomia dos motoristasPlataformas digitaisInovação tecnológicaImpacto socialTT Passageiros: uma perspectiva da autonomia plena dos motoristas por transporte remunerado privado individual de passageirosmasterThesisOUTROS::CIENCIAS
