Its concern resides in answering how the extent users' acceptance of the new available technology interferes with the process of implementing the system itself, observing especially how the user's relationship with the new resource can affect the institution's objective of improving its control and management processes. This is a descriptive study, classified according to its procedures as a case study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative approach was fed by applying a questionnaire and the qualitative approach by participant observation.
