CAMPAL - Cooperativa Adaptável Modular de Promoção ao Agricultor Local. 2022. 187 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo) - Departamento de Arquitetura, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/49019The work of the architect and urban planner in recent times has focused mainly on the development of urban spaces, leaving the rural context and experiences in the background. Understanding the rural and its practices as an emerging set of resistance, which reinvents itself in face of contemporaneity, we see the dynamics of family farming. Currently, family production assumes multiple functions in the social-economic scenario; however, it is still in a constant movement of resistance against the transformations, especially in the agricultural sector. One of the alternatives for the continuity and strengthening of family farming is cooperativism. In this logic, CAMPAL - Modular Adaptable Cooperative of Promotion to the Local Farmer emerges as an answer to the rural areas and family farmers in Rio Grande do Norte. Therefore, this project aims to develop the architectural design of a rural cooperative for the promotion of small farmers, using modular logic, aiming an adaptable and replicable building. The specific objectives are: [1] To identify the design assumptions for rural properties, based on the concepts of rural space, architecture, and landscape; [2] To functionally reflect the contemporary dynamics of family agriculture and agricultural cooperativism in the architectural project; [3] To adopt adaptability and modular logic in the architectural product, so that it can be adapted to different demands and locations. For this, we proceeded to the systematization of bibliographic reviews, interviews, technical visits, reference studies and use of tools/software of architectural conception associated to the projectual process supported by Laert Neves (1989). Thus, the result is a building complex based on the principles of rurality, adaptability and modularity, qualified to respond skillfully to the distinct functional, physical-environmental and legal aspects of the rural contexts of Rio Grande do Norte.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Arquitetura ruralAgricultura familiarCooperativismo agropecuárioArquitetura adaptávelCoordenação modularCAMPAL - Cooperativa Adaptável Modular de Promoção ao Agricultor LocalbachelorThesis
