To this end, the present research aimed to identify where and how to give the musical learning processes of students with visual impairments in the project hope alive. For better understanding of the universe investigated, the case study and the semi-structured interview. For the interview, chose four students of the project hope alive, using as a criterion for selecting two students with blindness and two with low vision. As a result of this research, identified six musical learning processes: music perception, music reading, musical writing, imitation/repetition, memorization and execution/instrumental practice, as well as educational pathways involved in these processes: strategies, activities, motivations, previous knowledge, diversity of activities and cooperation.
