In the Seridó Potiguar region, the attractions that make up the so-called Geoparque Seridó have gained visibility. In this context, the present investigation addresses the problem of how the Geoparque Seridó has been promoted and marketed through digital media. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the process of promotion and marketing of Geoparque Seridó through the Instagram pages of local guides and tour operators from the municipalities of Acari, Cerro Corá, and Currais Novos. It is understood that the research has scientific, social, and personal relevance. The theoretical framework draws on concepts related to digital media and tourism, tourism and technology, and tourism marketing. Methodologically, three questionnaires were applied, and an analysis was conducted on the Instagram pages of local agencies, guides, and tour operators, as well as the official pages of Geoparque Seridó.
