Marketing social e saúde mental: análise no contexto do CCSA - UFRN. 2020. 55f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Administração) - Departamento de Ciências administrativas, Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2020.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/35233Mental health has become an increasingly relevant topic in recent years, due to the increasing numbers caused by the weakening of mental health, such as depression, suicide, anxiety. This theme becomes even more delicate in the university context, since it is in this period of youth that affective relationships are built and as the individual deals with his emotions, he sees the university as a new context. In this sense, we seek to understand the barriers that can be limiting for young people to seek to strengthen mental health and how the university has dialogued with students about this theme. So, it was questioned how mental health has been addressed, in terms of social marketing strategies, in the context of university exchange, with the objective of analyzing, from the perspective of social marketing, the effectiveness of the exchange relations between NADis (Student Support Center) and graduate students at CCSA (Center for Applied Social Sciences). The present research is classified as quantitative, descriptive and experimental, carried out through the questionnaire instrument, with three sections, applied with 402 undergraduate students from a public institution. Among the implications of this study, it was found that students are facing situations such as: study overload, difficulty in dealing with negative feelings and career concerns. On the other hand, there is a service provider that can provide support for the student to face these situations, NADis, therefore, it is concluded that there are still opportunities for improvement in the exchange relationship between these two components.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Saúde mentalMarketing socialContexto universitárioMental healthSocial marketingUniversity contextMarketing social e saúde mental: análise no contexto do CCSA - UFRNSocial marketing and mental health: analysis in the context of CCSA - UFRNbachelorThesis
