Faced with social dynamics, ideas and social relations, cities ratify the production of goods, marked by complexity. The Universidade Federal do Norte (UFRN) stands out for a special scope in the city of Natal, specially designed for use by the Instituto Metrópole Digital, the Agência de Inovação and the, especially a scope specially developed for the city of Natal of the Instituto Metrópole Digital, the Innovation Agency and Technological Innovation in Health and by the PoP-RN, connection point of the National Education and Research Network (RNP). Thus, the study was based on bibliographic and documentary research, being graphics a survey of secondary data through public sources that were carried out through the elaboration of maps, and other studies carried out through maps, studies and other studies.
