Data collection took place between August and September 2024, with elderly people and professionals participating in this group, who answered a sociodemographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview script, analyzed respectively by simple descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. Three thematic categories emerged from the speeches: I- Sunbeams: motives, arrivals and execution; II-Impacts on users and work process; and III- Difficulties and overcoming. It is concluded that the health promotion actions carried out through the "Rays of Sun" group promote welcoming and socialization, which corroborates with the improvement in the physical and mental health of the participants.
