It is justified by the interest in exploring the potential of growth that the city presents, in addition to its favorable climate and environment for the strengthening of the business. In order to verify if the project is viable, a market research was carried out in order to identify if there is an audience, to characterize this public, to identify the services of interest of the same, as well as to identify the presence of competition in the place.
