The study sought to produce lipase with Aspergillus terreus in PDA medium at 25 °C for 7 days, using solid state fermentation. The inoculum, obtained by spore extraction, was incubated at 30 °C for 120 hours. The enzyme was extracted under vacuum, and its activity was evaluated under different conditions of pH, temperature and presence of metal ions, chelating agents and surfactants. Results indicated significant activity of 446,590 U/g, with little variation between pHs. The optimum temperature was 40 °C. Tests of metal ions and chelating agents showed calcium as a potentiator and Triton X-100 and EDTA as inhibitors. These findings highlight the complexity of fungi adaptability and the importance of understanding optimal conditions for practical application in industrial processes.CC0 1.0 Universalhttp://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/FungoFungusAtividade enzimáticaEnzymatic activityEnzimaEnzymeProdução e caracterização da lipase produzida por Aspergillus terreus em fermentação sólidaProduction and characterization of lipase production for Aspergillus terreus in solid fermentationbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FARMACIA::BROMATOLOGIA
