The designed artifact aims to provide children, especially those congenitally blind, with the development of fantasy through the construction of these mental images, thus increasing their repertoire of imagistic representation. Understanding the importance of fantasy for children and identifying the main visual representations learned by blind children, the literature review was supported by semiotics and psychology, among others. The work was based on the principles of design and approaches to ergonomics, communicational accessibility, and participatory design. Thus, a methodological path was traced for the conception of the prototype, consisting of the steps [1] Data collection and analysis, [2] Creation, and [3] Evaluation.
