For this purpose, data were collected at the institution through questionnaires answered by the employees, in addition to seeking to assess the degree of institutional integration and perception about the environment and its systemic vision, it was also sought to discover and diagnose internal communication problems, as well as collect suggestions for solutions and then do the analysis of possible applicable solutions and new means of communication that can be implemented, as well as improving the current ones. In the analysis of the results it was demonstrated that the majority of the responses of the agents of the research responded in a standard line of abandonment of the present means of communication in order to intensify the use of the technology in the communication.
