To ensure the effectiveness of these tools, it is necessary to perform steps such as process mapping, identifying operational issues, and analyzing existing waste. This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing continuous improvement tools in the logistics sector of a textile company, focusing on inventory and shipping. The research method is qualitative, descriptive, and applied, based on a case study supported by direct observations, employee interviews, and document analysis. The main results include the elimination of inefficient operational activities, the standardization of the goods receiving process, the implementation of a new verification procedure, the reorganization of the physical layout, and the introduction of visual management. These actions resulted in greater reliability in counts, reduced waste, increased productivity, and an improved work environment. The study shows that the structured application of tools such as brainstorming, 5 Whys, 5S, spaghetti diagrams, and visual management can generate significant gains in operational performance.pt-BRAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/melhoria contínualogísticaferramentas da qualidadesetor têxtilprocessos operacionaisAplicação de ferramentas de melhoria contínua em processos logísticos de uma empresa do setor têxtilApplication of Continuous Improvement Tools in the Logistics Processes of a Textile Industry CompanybachelorThesis
