Based on practical experience, the research seeks to understand which strategies can be effectively applied to address students with different interests within the same group. The study, configured as a report of experience, analyzes the teacher's perceptions of students' profiles and motivations, discussing methodological approaches capable of promoting an inclusive and stimulating environment for all. The results reveal that adapting teaching strategies, with playful activities for beginners and technical proposals for more advanced students, enhanced participant engagement and progress. Methodological flexibility allowed for a balance between personal development, socialization, and enjoyment of the practice, while preparing students for performance sports, respecting individual goals. It was also observed that regular swimming practice contributed to strengthening students' self-esteem, confidence, and motor skills.
