In Brazil, as has been happening in other countries, motor vehicle recycling has gained more prominence in the political and academic environment, although there are still few establishments in this segment in the country. This work seeks to develop a project for a motor vehicle recycling center in the local context, more specifically on a plot of land located in the municipality of Parnamirim (RN). As a general objective, there is the intention of creating an establishment in this segment that is characterized as a decontamination and recycling center for end-of-life vehicles (ELV), adopting prefabricated systems. The specific objectives are to evaluate the stages of the disassembly process and the spatial division of activities in ELV recycling systems, to study buildings compatible with ELV recycling centers, and to conduct an initial bibliographic study based on industrial architecture. These objectives are supported by a review based on Industrial Architecture and Circular Economy. The recycling of motor vehicles, when regulated, will require buildings to house professionals and equipment, with attention to climatic and acoustic comfort, the dimensioning of the environments, structural solutions and facilities that guarantee the exercise of the activity. Thus, proposing the design of a building specifically focused on the activity, following characteristics of models already developed in other countries, anticipates the need for similar and essential projects for Brazil.pt-BRAttribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/Arquitetura industrialReciclagem de veículos automotoresEconomia circularVeículos em fim de vida (VFV)Recicl'auto: centro de reciclagem para veículos automotores em fim de vida (VFV)bachelorThesis
