Said research is entitled: Portal of the Dean of People Management at UFRN: a study of information behavior from the perspective of the internal community. Its author was master's student Leonardo Marcos de Menezes. It was created with the aim of analyzing the PROGESP Portal in light of the information-seeking behavior of users in the UFRN internal community.
