This is especially critical in energy distribution, where reliability and efficiency are essential to satisfy consumers. Companies must ensure that their processes and infrastructures are robust and innovative, avoiding disruptions and reducing unnecessary costs while optimizing operational efficiency. This study aims to evaluate how process management impacts logistics in a company within the electrical sector. To explore this objective, an applied research with a mixed-methods approach was conducted, utilizing the action research method with an exploratory character. Initially, a comprehensive diagnosis involving all the process participants was carried out through in-person interviews, also allowing for direct observation of the activities performed. The data collected from these interviews and individual observations were meticulously analyzed, enabling the development of a structured action plan using the 5W1H matrix for effective organization. Subsequently, a detailed mapping of the material distribution process was conducted. Finally, a supply indicator was rigorously monitored over the course of a year.
