This problem is potentiated for people with disabilities, especially when the environment is inaccessible, with physical and organizational barriers, and the existence of an Emergency Plan is absent. However, even though fire-fighting facilities are significantly important, their use is not often planned for persons with disabilities. Therefore, the main concern consists of ensuring that the limitation of these people does not prevent them from escaping from a fire.
