In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the actions already planned and implemented by the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council of Rio Grande do Norte, CREA-RN, to adapt to changes in bidding and administrative contracts brought about by law 14.133/2021. Furthermore, identify the main changes in the new bidding law and administrative contracts and how they affected public procurement processes through the perceptions of agents involved in the institution's bidding process. For a theoretical basis, selective review and bibliographical research was carried out using secondary data, which was carried out through scientific articles, books, laws, dissertations, theses, the institution's official page through the transparency portal, documents such as acts, ordinances, internal regime, strategic planning and also through the National Public Procurement Portal. The research also used a qualitative approach and the data collected was through semi-structured interviews with the participation of 9 (nine) agents involved in the bidding process for the staff. Regarding the main results, it was found that CREA-RN meets the main requirements brought by law 14,133/2021.
