This is an integrative literature review that included articles indexed in the following databases: MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science, published between 2017 and 2022, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The descriptors were used: Women's Health; Climacteric; Menopause; Complementary Therapies and their synonyms. The collection took place between November 2021 and January 2022. After reading and analyzing the articles, 11 manuscripts were selected for the final sample, with different methodologies, carried out in different countries, with publication in international journals and all in the language English. The study confirmed that there was a beneficial influence of Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health in the relief of climacteric symptoms, with the main practices reported being acupuncture, yoga, meditation, herbal medicine and aromatherapy.Saúde da MulherClimatérioMenopausaTerapias ComplementaresTerapia AlternativabachelorThesis
