To achieve this goal, an observation is made about the recent implementations in employment, work and income policies, with emphasis on the new module of unemployment insurance over the internet and on digital Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social (CTPS), relating them to the field of public communication. The research process encompasses a contextualization about essential concepts in the area of public communication, such as, for example, the public interest and the public sphere, as well as an explanation about the concept of citizenship, about the target audience of this study, the worker, and on the context of development of employment and income policies in Brazil.
