This paper tries to describe the functionalities of the Electronic Information System (SEI) used in the administrative area of the Federal Court in Rio Grande do Norte; to assess the perception of the servers about the degree of acceptance and use of the system in the development of their activities and to analyze the implications of the degree of acceptance and use perceived for the management of the organization. For that, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used, Davis (1986). In addition to the bibliographic research, the quantitative and descriptive was used, having as survey method the online survey type. There were 81.54% respondents out of the total of 65 questionnaires sent. Some relevant aspects were perceived ease of use, where 58.5% fully agree that the SEI is easy to use; the perceived utility was more widely accepted, where 84.9% stated that they fully agree that the SEI is useful for work. There was little disagreement when asked whether SEI did not require mental effort, 13.2% said they disagree partially.
