LOFT – Line Oriented Flight Training – consists in the practice of CRM – Crew Resource Management – concepts. This is an advanced training of flight safety in simulated scenery consisting in predicting abnormalities that will enable pilots to practice the situated management of flights. The methodology is WEA- Work Ergonomics Analysis and, more specifically, in the conversational action and in the systematic observation.
