Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Pedagogia EaD) - Centro de Educação, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Macau, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/62282When we talk about playfulness, we refer to the word ludic, which is directly linked to games and play; but in education, playfulness is not just about playing, it is related to children's spontaneity and autonomy. The aim of this work is to present a study on how playful activity can enhance children's development; to show how playful activities encourage meaningful learning using games, toys and games, thus breaking away from the mechanism of traditional literacy methods. It will also aim to make early childhood education teachers see how important and welcoming it is to work with play, thus enabling children to build their similarities with the world and their development as subjects. Playfulness will be presented as advocated by the authors Piaget and Vygotsky as a pedagogical tool that seeks the cognitive, intellectual and social development of students; which makes playfulness an instrument that can be used for the development of any person and, therefore, should be taken into account by educators at any level of education. Any playful activity stimulates people, exploring their vital, operative and psychomotor senses, enabling the full development of their cognitive functions. In order to carry out the research, a questionnaire will be used with teachers, as well as observations made in the classroom during the course of the year.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/LudicidadePlayfulnessEducação infantilEarly childhood educationDesenvolvimentoDevelopmentA relação entre a aprendizagem lúdica e o desenvolvimento infantilThe relationship between playful learning and child developmentbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS
