These are associated with several disorders in the body, contributing to the patient's morbidity and mortality. Among the disorders, metabolic acidosis, anemia, bone mineral diseases, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular changes stand out. Which can culminate in decreased appetite, nutrient deficiencies and changes in body composition. Considering all the changes triggered by kidney disease, the pediatric population requires specific nutritional adjustments and periodic nutritional monitoring. In this sense, this work aims, based on international terminology, to identify selected terms in nutrition, aimed at nutritional assistance for pediatric patients with kidney diseases. To this end, standardized terminologies were identified according to the topics nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis and nutrition intervention. At the same time, a review of articles, guidelines, guidelines and protocols was carried out for the scientific basis of each nutritional care topic. 188 terminologies were listed for evaluation, monitoring and measurement, with regard to nutrition diagnoses, 41 standardized terms were listed. And regarding nutrition intervention, 46 standardized terms were selected.
