However, the musical experience extends beyond performance or appreciation, being deeply influenced by the acoustic conditions of the space. ISO 23591 (2021) highlights this relationship by establishing specific criteria for music rehearsal rooms, considering factors such as acoustic conditioning, sound isolation, and the auditory health of musicians. However, in Natal-RN, there is a noticeable lack of spaces designed to adequately meet the acoustic needs of local musicians. This project aims to develop the architectural design of a music complex in Natal/RN, focusing on acoustic quality and exploring the relationship between music and architecture. The proposal incorporates flexibility and modularity into rehearsal rooms, auditoriums, studios, and common areas, considering all necessary parameters established by ISO 23591 for acoustic conditioning and quality, along with requirements for sound isolation and the building's interaction with its surroundings. The methodology included the analysis of architectural references, on-site visits, and the application of technical standards, resulting in a space dedicated to teaching, practice, and cultural dissemination.
