Monografia (Graduação em Administração Pública à Distância) - Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2021.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/45502This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to verify the relationship between the characteristics of telework during the Covid-19 pandemic and the quality of life at work in the perception of ECIEEM workers José Nilson Santiago in the municipality of Poço Dantas- PB. The Quality of Life at Work (QWL) was analyzed under aspects of remote work taking as theoretical and analytical reference the studies of Limongi-França (1996) and Walton (1973). Data collection was undertaken through an online questionnaire on the Google Forms platform, sent to the institution's 17 servers, answered by 11 of them and analyzed from the tables and graphs generated, supported by theoretical references in the area. The results reveal that the conditions for the development of remote work, and the aspects of quality of life at work in the self-perception of workers regarding work development is good, with a high level of agreement in the categories presented. The servers highlighted the main positive points in relation to teleworking, such as being close to the family, flexibility of time/location, partnership work and online meetings. However, the negative points were evidenced: unstable internet, disinterest and lack of commitment on the part of students, distancing from co-workers, lack of equipment, lack of organization and accumulation of tasks. It is concluded that the general perspective of servers on the quality of life in remote work is good.
