It is pertinent to emphasize that the methodology of this work consists of an exploratory and descriptive case study, with a qualitative approach, in which semi-structured interviews were applied with a trader, a representative of the society of Beco da Lama, and a representative of the Municipal Tourism Department of Natal/RN.
