Thus, this master’s study examines the use of a WEB platform, Conecta Talentos, which aims to collaborate for social change, developing a sustainable, scalable and technology-based innovation business model for the inclusion of socially vulnerable women in the labor market. Therefore, it was necessary to design the aforementioned Platform, - currently under development -, and then, materialize a startup as a business model with a social impact. The methodological procedures included a descriptive research, based on literature review, using secondary data sources, such as books, dissertations, theses and articles. As preliminary results, the company is registered in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) as an Individual Micro Entrepreneur (MEI), and in the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE) acceleration program for business models with a social impact. Moreover, it has already put in effect its first sale during the development of this work.
