The methodology included cross-sectional, descriptive research with a quantitative approach, with the application of two questionnaires, one with sociodemographic characteristics and the Lipp Signs and Symptoms inventory, to establish the teacher's level of stress. For this, a sample of 198 teachers was used, and a proportionality parameter was carried out between the sample of teachers who make up each of the departments. The data were then grouped and processed in the Statistical Package for Social Science for Windows (SPSS) so that it was possible to obtain the results in percentage form.
