To achieve this, a time and motion study was conducted on one of the main activities within the production line, allowing the collection of real execution times and the calculation of the average standard time per kilogram processed. Based on this data, an interactive web application was built, enabling users to estimate the number of workers required to meet a production goal or, alternatively, calculate the production time based on the available workforce. The tool was designed with a focus on accessibility, ease of use, and practical implementation, using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The results showed that the tool is functional, accurate, and easy to use. It allows managers to simulate different production scenarios quickly and reliably. Its application in the company studied showed consistency between the calculated outputs and actual production conditions, validating its effectiveness as a decision-support resource. By combining principles of industrial engineering with a practical and low-cost digital solution, this project offers an efficient and scalable alternative. It is particularly useful for small and medium-sized industries that face challenges in production capacity planning.
